A college degree may be closer than you think!

As a Manatee county school student, you may have taken career, technical or academy classes at your high school or technical college. Through a career pathways agreement between SCF, other regional state colleges, and Manatee County Schools, students can receive college credit for the work they've completed. The credits that you earn now as a high school student, can be applied to certificates and/or Associate of Science degrees at state colleges and/or technical colleges, as long as you continue your career path within the same field. You pay no tuition for the credits your receive from this agreement.  Details of the agreement can be found in these different Career Pathways Agreements Articulation Agreements.

You may also be eligible for college credit through Industry Certifications. For information on this and other articulated credit opportunities, visit: http://www.fldoe.org/academics/career-adult-edu/career-technical-edu-agreements/
