A college degree may be closer than you think!
Career pathway agreements between the School District of Manatee County and regional state colleges (like SCF) make it possible for students to receive college credit for completing certain career, technical or academy classes during high school or technical college. The credits may be applied to certificates and/or Associate of Science degrees at state colleges and/or technical colleges, as long as you continue your career path within the same field. You pay no tuition for the college credits. Please carefully review each articulation agreement for details.
You may also be eligible for college credit through Industry Certifications. For information, visit: http://www.fldoe.org/academics/career-adult-edu/career-technical-edu-agreements/

Tampa Bay Career Pathways Consortium
The Tampa Bay Career Pathways Consortium is a partnership between certain secondary and post-secondary schools around the Tampa Bay area that create pathways between high school, career center/technical college and state college programs. For more information about these schools and potential free college credit, visit the Tampa Bay Career Pathways website, or contact your career advisor.
