    Girls weight lifting conditioning is now in session right after school in the weight room.

    The season starts in October.

    October 8th: Practice starts in the weight room at 2:30 PM

    Preseason Meets: Start October 22nd through the 27th.

    1st regular season meets: Start October 29 

    Last regular-season date for a meet: January 12th

    We will have regular-season meets scheduled at PHS during these times. The schedule is still to be determined.
