State Assessment Registration
-
Students who are enrolled in the Manatee County Home Education Program have the option of participating in statewide assessments administered by Florida public school districts. Students are NOT required, but are certainly welcome to participate in this assessment.
Students MUST present photo identification to school staff to verify his/her identity. Please ensure that your student has a school ID, Passport or Florida-issued Photo ID on the date of testing. Florida ID cards can be purchased at a local branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
All students who will participate in a state assessment must participate in an electronic practice test for that subject. You are responsible for ensuring that your student has taken a practice assessment using the appropriate platform. To access these practices tests click: https://fsassessments.org/ and then Practice Tests on the right hand side.
