BRHS TV Production
Braden River High School has a morning news show filmed during TV Production class. The class rotates newsgroups and is responsible for production and content. The show loops on Channel 2 in the news all day and can also be viewed on YouTube at Pirate Nation News Braden River High School.
Other opportunities to film outside of class are available to the students. Students in the class have been a part of the first-ever slow-motion production at the Southern Bull Riding event a the Manatee County Fair Grounds for the last 5 years.
Pirate Nation Sports Nation is another opportunity the students have to film live sports events. All football games and many other sports can be seen live on YouTube at Pirate Nation Sports Network.
