Witty Kids Registration Fall 2025

Witty Kids Fall Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, from 4-6pm.  

Registration forms will be available at the registration table on May 21st. They are not available online this year. Please bring your driver's license and medical information to complete registration, including allergies, doctor's contact information, pick-up list contacts, etc. We will not be accepting any checks at registration.  

Registration and weekly fee payments will be required on back-to-school night in the fall.  

Registration forms will not be accepted prior to May 21 from 4-6pm.  Please do not attempt to drop them off at the office, they will not be accepted.  Thank you
