Panther families,
Good evening! FSA Writing make-ups will be held on Monday, April 12th and Tuesday, April 13th. If your child was not present for their testing session last week, please ensure he or she is present to make up the test. eLearners who missed the test will receive a separate communication.
The School Advisory Council (SAC) will meet on Tuesday, April 13th at 5:30 pm via Zoom. Information for joining the meeting will be sent out on Tuesday.
Spirit night at Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers will take place on Wednesday, April 14th from 4-8 pm. Please plan to stop by for a treat and a percentage of the sales will be donated to our school.
Flag football & volleyball games will be held this week against Buffalo Creek MS at home on Tuesday, April 13th and away against Nolan MS on Thursday, April 15th. Both games start at 5:30 pm and admission is $2 for students & $3 for adults. Students must be accompanied by an adult and the games will end around 6:30 pm. Social distancing and masks are required, especially in the gym.
Thank you for keeping our campus safe by having your child stay home if he or she is sick or has symptoms, has been tested or someone in the home has been tested for Covid-19, or has been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19. Please also be sure to let us know so that his or her absence is recorded correctly and remember, in order to stay caught up in class, your child must either email his or her teachers or complete their assignments in Schoology.
For students entering campus, please be sure they are wearing a mask that fits properly, they are wearing their lanyard & ID, they are in school appropriate attire, and their cell phones are off and stored away. This will help to avoid consequences.
Operation: 4th Quarter Scramble has been a success so far. If your child is in danger of failing any of his or her classes, please sign them up to ensure a teacher is working with him or her to stay caught up & earn the grade needed to pass for the year.
As always, thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and support. We are the home of the Panthers, where we believe and achieve!
Best regards,
Mrs. Zenon-Richardson
Proud Principal
