Panther families!
The Florida Standards Assessment or FSA Reading will take place on Tuesday, May 4th & Wednesday, May 5th for all learners. Please encourage your child to get a good night's rest, eat a well-balanced breakfast, and to have a positive attitude. We thank you in advance for your support. This is your child's time to shine so encourage him or her to "Take the test and do your best! We've seen tremendous growth in our students, and we are confident they will do well.
More detailed information will be shared with eLearners regarding the testing days in a separate call. Also, please check our website for future testing dates.
As always, if your child is sick or has symptoms, has been tested or is in the home with someone who has tested for Covid-19 or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please have him or her stay home. Call the school to let us know and have him or her either work in Schoology or email their teachers for the work. Students who miss any testing sessions will be rescheduled for make-ups.
We had a blast at the reading and science bootcamps! It's not too late for students enrolled in Algebra to join in the fun on this Saturday, May 8th from 9 am -12 pm for the Algebra bootcamp.
The character trait of the month is responsibility. Please encourage your child to finish the year strong by being responsible for his or her actions, doing their best in their classes and following all safety rules.
Student fines can be checked in Focus. Please monitor to ensure your child does not owe anything. All fines will need to be paid prior to the end of the year. Books will also need to be returned to the media center before the year ends.
Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and support. We are the home of the Panthers, where we believe and achieve!
Best regards,
Mrs. Zenon-Richardson
